
Ingredients:
• 2 – eggs
• 1 cup – salad oil
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – pepper
Method:
- Blend the eggs in a blender and add vinegar, sugar and pepper | Now add the salad oil very slowly, pouring oil drop by drop, blending all the time.
- Keep blending till the right consistency is reached.
- Use as salad dressing, in sandwiches, burgers etc.
