Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg. red pumpkin, peeled, grated
• 2 cups of Rice semolina
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• 1/2 cup – grated Jaggery
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• Ghee as needed
Method:
- Mix coconut and jaggery.
- Add grated pumpkin.
- Add salt and rice semolina.
- Add cardamom powder.
- Fill this mixture in greased bowls and steam cook for half an hour.
- Remove and serve hot with melted homemade ghee.
