Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg. red pumpkin, peeled, grated
• 2 cups of Rice semolina
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• 1/2 cup – grated Jaggery
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• Ghee as needed

Method:

  1. Mix coconut and jaggery.
  2. Add grated pumpkin.
  3. Add salt and rice semolina.
  4. Add cardamom powder.
  5. Fill this mixture in greased bowls and steam cook for half an hour.
  6. Remove and serve hot with melted homemade ghee.
