
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Prepared Ghaat (maize porridge)
• 1 cup – Fresh non sour curds
• 1 – Onion, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Corn flakes cereal
Method:
- Chill Ghaat well before proceeding further.
- Put Ghaat in a large bowl.
- Beat curd and add to Ghaat.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Mix with spoon to blend ingredients well.
- Chill again and garnish with more coriander if desired.
- Sprinkle coarsely crumbled cornflakes on top.
- Serve chilled as a chilled summer lunch, light and wholesome.
