Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Prepared Ghaat (maize porridge)
• 1 cup – Fresh non sour curds
• 1 – Onion, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Corn flakes cereal

Method:

  1. Chill Ghaat well before proceeding further.
  2. Put Ghaat in a large bowl.
  3. Beat curd and add to Ghaat.
  4. Add all other ingredients.
  5. Mix with spoon to blend ingredients well.
  6. Chill again and garnish with more coriander if desired.
  7. Sprinkle coarsely crumbled cornflakes on top.
  8. Serve chilled as a chilled summer lunch, light and wholesome.
