
Ingredients:
• 1 – Banana (over ripe)
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• A pinch of ajwain
• Ghee
Method:
- Mash the banana.
- Add wheat flour, a pinch of ajwain and a little ghee.
- Make a dough.
- Roll out a parantha and cook it with ghee on a tawa.
