Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – Coriander seeds
• 1 cup – dry Coconut
• 200 g – white sesame seeds
• 200 g – black sesame seeds
• 50 g – aniseed
• 50 g – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Asafoetida
• 1” piece – Cinnamon
• 3 – Cloves
• 1 – masala velachi
• 2 – dry Red Chillies
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Roast all the ingredients except coconut and coriander seeds with a little amount of oil.
- Roast coconut and coriander seeds separately without oil.
- Now grind all these together with a tsp of raw cumin seeds and salt.
- Let it cool and store in an airtight container.
