Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Mango pulp
• 2 cups – Cream
• 1 tsp – gelatine
• 1/2 cup – Sugar powdered
• 1/2 tsp – yellow food colour
• 4 tbsp – Milk
• 3 tbsp – chopped nuts
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/4 cup – water
• 3 Cherries for decoration

Method:

  1. Whip the cream with the sugar, vanilla essence and yellow food colour.
  2. Soak the gelatine in 1/4 cup of water then dissolve it over low heat till it melts completely.
  3. When cool add to the cream mixture.
  4. Mix in the mango pulp and nuts.
  5. Pour into a suitable glass dish or mould and leave in the refrigerator to set.
  6. Garnish with cherries.
