Ingredients:

• 1 tin – condensed Milk
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• 1 tbsp – yogurt, beaten

Method:

  1. Take a big glass bowl and pour the condensed milk in that.
  2. Put the 1 tbsp ghee and 1 tbsp yogurt in it.
  3. Mix it well and set the microwave timer for about 8.5 mins.
  4. Put the glass bowl with the ingredients in it.
  5. But keep taking it out for every 1.5 mins to ensure that the milk doesn’t overflow, and mix it once.
  6. After 8.5 mins, your kalakand is ready to be served.
