
Ingredients:
• 1 tin – condensed Milk
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• 1 tbsp – yogurt, beaten
Method:
- Take a big glass bowl and pour the condensed milk in that.
- Put the 1 tbsp ghee and 1 tbsp yogurt in it.
- Mix it well and set the microwave timer for about 8.5 mins.
- Put the glass bowl with the ingredients in it.
- But keep taking it out for every 1.5 mins to ensure that the milk doesn’t overflow, and mix it once.
- After 8.5 mins, your kalakand is ready to be served.
