Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Moong dal (sprouted)
• 1 cup – Kabuli Channa (sprouted)
• 1 large – Beet
• 1 – Large Cucumber
• 1 – Large Tomato
• 1 – Large Onion
• 1 – Small leafy green Cabbage
• 1 – Small leafy purple Cabbage
• 1 – small green pepper
• Lemon juice
• Salt
• Pepper (ground)
• Sugar (ground)
• Chaat masala to taste
• Cilantro
Method:
- Pressure cook the beetroot for one whistle.
- Peel and cut it into long pieces.
- Cut cucumber, tomato, carrot, onion, green cabbage, purple cabbage, green pepper into long pieces.
- Place the vegetables into the bowl, spread the moong and channa sprouts.
- Add salt, sugar, lemon juice, ground pepper, chaat masala and toss.
- Garnish with cilantro.
- Serve cold.
