Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Moong dal (sprouted)
• 1 cup – Kabuli Channa (sprouted)
• 1 large – Beet
• 1 – Large Cucumber
• 1 – Large Tomato
• 1 – Large Onion
• 1 – Small leafy green Cabbage
• 1 – Small leafy purple Cabbage
• 1 – small green pepper
• Lemon juice
• Salt
• Pepper (ground)
• Sugar (ground)
• Chaat masala to taste
• Cilantro

Method:

  1. Pressure cook the beetroot for one whistle.
  2. Peel and cut it into long pieces.
  3. Cut cucumber, tomato, carrot, onion, green cabbage, purple cabbage, green pepper into long pieces.
  4. Place the vegetables into the bowl, spread the moong and channa sprouts.
  5. Add salt, sugar, lemon juice, ground pepper, chaat masala and toss.
  6. Garnish with cilantro.
  7. Serve cold.
