Ingredients:
• Mung sprouts – 1 Cup
• Green chillies – 2 [finely cut]
• Grated Ginger – 3/4 tsp
• Fresh Coconut – 3 tbsp
• Cucumber – 1/2 diced
• Juice of 1 small Lemon
To garnish:
• Fresh Coriander leaves
Method:
- Mix everything together and garnish with coriander.
