
Ingredients:
• 1 dozen – Mutton chops
• 3 – eggs
• Bread crumbs
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice
• Oil, for frying
• Grind to a paste:
• 2 – Onions
• 3 – Green chillies
• 4 – Cinnamon sticks
• 4 – Cloves
• 1 inch piece – Ginger
• 4 – Cardamoms
• 1 tsp – black pepper
• Salt, to taste
Method:
- Mix the lime juice with the ground masala.
- Marinate the mutton chops in this mixture. Keep aside for 2 hours.
- Beat the eggs in a vessel. Apply the beaten egg on each chop and roll in the bread crumbs
- Fry the chops and then steam in a pressure cooker for 30 mins.
