Ingredients:

• 250 g fresh Raspberries or strawberries
• 1/4 cup Oatmeal
• 1 tbsp rolled oats
• 3/4 cup fresh whipping cream, chilled
• 2 tbsp Honey

Method:

  1. Lightly toast oatmeal and rolled oats side by side. Spread out on a baking sheet and place under a hot grill.
  2. Allow it to toast for 5 minutes, stirring once in between.
  3. Cool to room temperature before using for recipe.
  4. Beat cream and honey till light and fluffy.
  5. Soft peaks should form when spoon is lifted.
  6. Chill in refrigerator.
  7. Clean and destalk berries.
  8. If strawberries are too large, chop to desired size.
  9. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  10. Fold in toasted oatmeal and half rolled oats into cream.
  11. Mix gently till well blended into cream.
  12. Spoon ladles of cream into individual glasses.
  13. Layer in between with berries.
  14. Garnish with saved rolled oats.
  15. Serve chilled.
