Ingredients:
• 2 – big Onions, or small Onions of an equal quantity
• 2 – Tomato
• 2 cups – thick buttermilk
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1 cup – grated Coconut
• Chilli may be increased according to the sore of the Butter milk
• Turmeric powder
• Salt
• Kadukku
• Fenugreek
• 1 – Red Chilli
• Curry leaves for thalikkal
Method:
- Take a kadai and pour some water.
- Add turmeric powder, salt, pieces of tomatoes and onions cook well.
- Add the butter milk, take precaution not to boil. Grind the coconut, green chillies and add it with the butter milk mixture.
- Heat through and remove from the stove.
- Pour one tsp oil, add kadukku, fenugreek, red chilli pieces and curry leaves. Add it in the mor kuzhambu.
- If needed, add one tsp sugar or jaggery.
- It can be served with rice, chapattis or with idli or dosas.
