Ingredients:

• Orange juice – 2 cup
• Green peas – 2 cup, shelled
• Celery stalk – ½ cup, chopped
• vegetable / Chicken stock – 4 cup
• fresh Cream – ½ cup
• Ginger – 1 tsp, chopped
• grated Orange rind to garnish
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cook green peas with ginger, celery and stock till very soft.
  2. Cool and blend.
  3. Add salt, pepper and orange juice.
  4. Heat and serve garnished with a swirl of cream and sprinkled with orange rind.
