Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Fresh Paneer cubes
• 1 -Onion
• 1 tsp. – Chilli powder
• 2 tsp – Coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tbsp- Dried Fenugreek leaves/Kasuri Methi
• 2 tbsp – Fresh Cream
• Oil/ Butter/ Salt to taste
• For Grinding:
• 2 – Onions
• 6- Tomatoes
• 15 – Cashewnuts
Method:
- Heat butter in a pan and saute the paneer cubes until brown.
- Remove and place them in kitchen towel.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the chopped onions for 1 min, then add the cashewnuts.
- Now add the chopped tomatoes, saute it.
- Cover and simmer until the tomatoes are well cooked.
- Let it cool, grind until smooth and filter it.
- Heat 2 tbsp of butter and oil, add the chopped onions and saute it.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute until brown.
- Mix the filtered puree along with salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, sugar and garam masala powder stir well.
- Cover and cook on a low flame for 15 mins.
- Add the dried fenugreek leaves and mix well.
- Add the paneer cubes. Remove and add the fresh cream and mix gently.
- Serve hot with rotis.
