Ingredients:

• 2 cups – cooked Rice
• 1-onion (chopped)
• 1 cup – frozen Green peas
• 1/2 cup – Prawns (cleaned)
• 1 tsp – Garlic (minced)
• 1 tsp – Ginger (grated)
• 2 tbsp – light soya sauce
• 1 tsp – white pepper powder
• 1/4 cup – Spring onions (chopped)
• Salt
• Oil

Method:

  1. Heat enough oil in a wok, add the minced garlic and grated ginger and fry for few minutes.
  2. Add the onions and cook them for few seconds.
  3. Now add the frozen peas, prawns and saute for few more minutes.
  4. Now add the light soya sauce, white pepper powder, salt (if needed) to the peas-prawns mixture. Cook for few minutes.
  5. Finally add the cooked rice and chopped spring onions and toss everything gently.
  6. Enjoy hot with your favourite side dish.
