Ingredients:
• eggs – 2
• Maida – 3/4 cup
• Sugar – 1/2 cup
• Baking Powder – 3/4 tsp
• Milk – 2 tbsps
• Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Sieve flour and baking powder together. Keep aside.
- Powder the sugar. Put sugar and eggs in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Remove from the mixie and add maida and baking powder.
- Fold in the flour and then add essence to it.
- Mix it fully and finally pour the mixture into a greased plate.
- Instead of a cake tin, you could use a glass bowl.
- To Bake: Microwave in ‘crisp mode’ for 6 mins at 850 watts.
- Cool it for 10 mins and remove from the tin.
