
Ingredients:
• 5 – raw bananas, peeled and cleaned
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Wash and peel the bananas and pat dry with a kitchen towel and apply turmeric powder lightly over them.
- Keep aside for 5 mins.
- Cut them into thin slices.
- Heat oil and slide the slices of 1 banana at time.
- Keep stirring it in between and fry till they are crisp.
- Sprinkle salt when hot.
