
Ingredients:
• 4 – plantains (raw banana).
• 2 – Onions (big size).
• 2 tsp – Ginger and Garlic paste.
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder.
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder.
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder.
• 2 – 4 – green chillies.
• 2 tsp – chopped coriander leaves.
• 2 tbsp- Corn flour.
• 4 tbsp- semolina.
• salt.
• oil for fry.
Method:
- Boil plantain, peel the skin, mash it and keep aside.
- Heat oil, add chopped onion and stir.
- Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and fry it for 5-10 mins.
- Add mashed plantain into it. Fry for 5 mins.
- Remove from fire, add grated chillies, grated mint leaves, garam masala powder, corn flour.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into flattened disks.
- Coat with semolina. Shallow fry it till golden brown.
- Serve hot with lachha onion and green chutney.
