Ingredients:
• 2 – potato, cut in pieces.
• 1/2 cup – broccoli, cut in pieces.
• 1/2 cup – peas.
• 2 – chillies.
• 1 tsp – turmeric.
• cilantro, chopped.
• panch puran (mixture of cumin seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek, nigella seeds, mustard seeds).
Method:
- Add oil in a pan. Add chillies and put panch puran when the oil is hot. Add the veggies.
- Add salt as per your taste, turmeric and occasionally add water till the veggies are cooked.
- Garnish with cilantro.
- Eat it with chapattis or parathas or puris.
- You can add more veggies such as carrots or chana, but you should avoid sticky veggies like okra or eggplant.
