Ingredients:
• 250g – Maida
• 50g – boiled and mashed Potato
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• salt
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• oil
Method:
- Knead maida, salt and mashed potato into a dough using ghee.
- Make small balls and roll out into small puris.
- Prick the puris with a fork, then deep fry.
- Sprinkle red chilli powder, serve as a dry snack during festivals.
- Store in an airtight jar.
