Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Ragi flour
• 2 – potatoes, boiled
• 1 cup – vegetable stock
• ½ tsp – green chillies, finely cut
• ¼ tsp – pepper
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 2 tbsp – boiled Green peas
• 1 tsp – Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice

Method:

  1. Heat the butter in a pan. Add the ragi flour and stir.
  2. Add the vegetable stock and stir in thoroughly. Grate the potatoes.
  3. Add the grated potatoes, green chillies, pepper, salt and mashed green peas and mix in continuously.
  4. Let it boil once and simmer for 10 mins.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
