
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Ragi flour
• 2 – potatoes, boiled
• 1 cup – vegetable stock
• ½ tsp – green chillies, finely cut
• ¼ tsp – pepper
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 2 tbsp – boiled Green peas
• 1 tsp – Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
Method:
- Heat the butter in a pan. Add the ragi flour and stir.
- Add the vegetable stock and stir in thoroughly. Grate the potatoes.
- Add the grated potatoes, green chillies, pepper, salt and mashed green peas and mix in continuously.
- Let it boil once and simmer for 10 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
