Ingredients:
• 2 cups – red cabbage, chopped
• 1 – carrot, cut in cubes
• 2 – potatoes, cut in cubes
• 1 – onion, chopped)
• 2 – tbsp – Parsley leaves
• 2 cups – vegetable broth
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• Salt, if needed
Method:
- Heat the butter and saute onions, simultaneously add carrots and cubed potatoes and cook for a while.
- To this add the red cabbages with parsley leaves and pepper powder, saute everything until the vegetables shrinks.
- Finally add the vegetable broth and a cup of water, cook everything in medium flame until the vegetables get well cooked, add salt if needed.
- Blend everything with a hand blender.
- Serve hot.
