Ingredients:
• 4 – small size sausages
• 90 g – flour
• 40 ml – Milk
• 1.5 tsp – baking powder
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• a pinch – salt
• 1 tbsp – mustard paste or chilli sauce
Method:
- Mix the flour, salt and baking powder.
- Add the butter and mix. Stir in the milk. Knead into a smooth dough.
- Roll out the dough into a 20 x 15 centimetre rectangle.
- Spread mustard paste or chilli sauce evenly over the dough.
- Cut into 4 strips.
- Roll the sausages up in the dough and place them in a well-greased heat proof plate.
- Cook on crisp mode for 5-6 mins or until they are light golden brown.
- Serve hot with French fries.
