
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Maida
• 3 tsp- salt
• 2 tsp – til
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Mix maida and salt in a dry vessel and cook it in a pressure cooker without using the weight for 15-20 mins.
- After it cools, add til seeds and sufficient water and mix it.
- Put the mix into a cone and press it directly in to hot oil in circles and fry till golden brown.
