Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 1 sprig – Curry leaves
• 1 – tomato, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 cup – soy granules
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala powder

Method:

  1. Cook soy granules as per the instructions shown on the packet.
  2. In a wide pan, heat oil.
  3. Add finely chopped onions and fry till it is golden in color.
  4. Add curry leaves to it and saute it well.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and stir it well for 2 -3 minutes.
  6. Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder to it. Stir it well on low heat for 2 minutes.
  7. Add soy granules, salt and pepper powder to it.
  8. Cover it with a lid and cook on low to medium heat for 10 minutes or until it is done.
  9. Sprinkle garam masala powder and serve it with rotis.
