
Ingredients:
• 4 – eggs
• 1.5 cup – Maida
• 1.5 cup – Sugar
• 1.5 cup – Butter (white) or Vanaspati ghee
• 1.5 tsp – Baking powder
• 1.5 tsp – Vanilla essence
• 2 – Medium-sized, green Bananas
• 1/4 cup – Milk
Method:
- Sieve together maida and baking powder 3 times.
- Beat the butter with a electric beater till soft and fluffy.
- Add sugar to it, and beat again till it blends well together.
- Beat egg whites till peaks are formed. Beat egg yolk too.
- Mix the maida to the above sugar and ghee mix.
- Add the egg yolk first and then the egg white.
- Mix this in one direction only.
- Mix in the mashed bananas.
- Put this in a round greased pan and bake at 220 degrees C for half an hour or till done.
