Ingredients:

• 2 tsp – oil
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – chillies (optional)
• 2 – Capsicum
• 2 – tomatoes, deseeded
• 2 tbsp – Tomato ketchup
• 1 packet – noodle masala
• Salt to taste
• 100 gms – noodles
• 1/2 cup – Cream

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a kadai. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute it.
  2. Add onions and capsicum and saute them for 2 mins.
  3. Add de-seeded tomatoes and cook them.
  4. Add 2 cups of water, noodle masala, tomato ketchup, salt and noodles.
  5. Boil the soup and add cream once the noodles are cooked.
  6. Serve hot with grated cheese.
