Ingredients:

• 2 bunches – finely chopped Spinach
• 2 cups – Carrots (chopped in circles)
• 2 cups – peas
• 2 – Onions
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp -saunf(fennel seed)
• 2 tsp – pav bhaji masala or Garam Masala
• 4tbsp – oil
• Salt, to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
  2. Add jeera and saunf and saute.
  3. Add onion and fry it for some time, then add palak, carrots and peas.
  4. Cover it with a lid and let the vegetables get cooked.
  5. Cook until oil separates from the curry.
  6. Now add salt and the masala, stir it for some time and the curry is ready.
