
Ingredients:
• 2 bunches – finely chopped Spinach
• 2 cups – Carrots (chopped in circles)
• 2 cups – peas
• 2 – Onions
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tsp -saunf(fennel seed)
• 2 tsp – pav bhaji masala or Garam Masala
• 4tbsp – oil
• Salt, to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
- Add jeera and saunf and saute.
- Add onion and fry it for some time, then add palak, carrots and peas.
- Cover it with a lid and let the vegetables get cooked.
- Cook until oil separates from the curry.
- Now add salt and the masala, stir it for some time and the curry is ready.
