
Ingredients:
• 500 g – Mushrooms
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tsp – tandoori masala powder
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 3 tbsp – yogurt
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• salt to taste
• chopped Coriander leaves and Onion rings for garnishing
Method:
- Wash and clean the mushrooms.
- Core them with a knife and brush a little oil.
- Marinate the mushrooms with the chilli powder, tandoori masala powder, lemon juice, yogurt, butter and salt and set aside for an hour.
- Place the marinated mushrooms on a greased baking tray and grill in a moderate oven (355 degrees F) for 30 mins until evenly browned.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and onion rings.
