Ingredients:
• 4 – eggs, separated
• 2 tbsps – cooked and minced Chicken Meat
• 1 tbsp – cooked and minced Water Chestnuts
• 2 tbsps – minced Onions
• 1/4 tsp – minced Ginger
• pinch of ajinomotto
• salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Beat yolks till light. Mix in the rest of the ingredients with the exception of the whites.
- Beat the whites to a stiff froth and fold on.
- Put the mixture in a well-greased pan and steam till the omelette turns firm.
- Put little chilli sauce blended with tomato ketchup over the omelette and serve surrounded by fried bread squares.
