Ingredients:

• 500 g – Raw Mango pieces
• 100 g – Mustard oil
• 1 tbsp – Saunf powder
• 2 tbsps – mustard dal
• 1/2 tsp – Kalonji
• 1/2 tsp – Methi seeds
• 50 g – grated Jaggery
• 3 tbsps – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Asafoetida
• 20 g – salt

Method:

  1. Boil the mustard oil and keep aside to cool.
  2. Marinate the mango pieces with turmeric powder and salt.
  3. Keep overnight, remove the water and dry in sunshine or under fan.
  4. Take a bowl, add the mango pieces, spices, jaggery and mix well.
  5. Add the oil and store in a jar.
