Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – masoor dal (boiled)
• 1 small – Potato (boiled)
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1 – medium sized Tomato (chopped)
• 1 – medium sized Onion (chopped)
• Coriander leaves (chopped)
• Mint leaves
• Oil for frying
• Salt
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• Freshly made Parathas
Method:
- In a pan heat the oil and add onion.
- Fry till the onions are translucent.
- Then add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, sugar and fry for some time.
- Add tomatoes, green chillies, boiled potato and boiled masoor dal into it, mix them very well and make this mixture dry.
- Now remove it from heat.
- Add coriander leaves and mint leaves into the mixture.
- Finally roll this mixture into freshly made parathas and serve hot with tomato sauce.
