Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – masoor dal (boiled)
• 1 small – Potato (boiled)
• 2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1 – medium sized Tomato (chopped)
• 1 – medium sized Onion (chopped)
• Coriander leaves (chopped)
• Mint leaves
• Oil for frying
• Salt
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• Freshly made Parathas

Method:

  1. In a pan heat the oil and add onion.
  2. Fry till the onions are translucent.
  3. Then add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, sugar and fry for some time.
  4. Add tomatoes, green chillies, boiled potato and boiled masoor dal into it, mix them very well and make this mixture dry.
  5. Now remove it from heat.
  6. Add coriander leaves and mint leaves into the mixture.
  7. Finally roll this mixture into freshly made parathas and serve hot with tomato sauce.
