Ingredients: • 1/2 cup – Ragi flour/finger millet flour • 1/4 cup – Wheat flour • 1 – Onion • 1 – Green chilli • 1 sprig – Curry leaves • 1 tsp – cumin • salt as needed • Butter milk or water Method: Take the ragi flour, wheat flour, chopped onions, green chilli, plucked curry leaves, cumin seeds and salt in a bowl. Add enough buttermilk or water to prepare a thin batter. Heat oil in a dosa pan and pour the batter as is done for rava dosa. Drizzle some more oil and cook both sides on medium flame. Ingredients: • 1 tin – condensed Milk • 300 g – coconut, desiccated • 100 g – full Cream Milk powder • 1.5 cup – Milk • A few – drops red colour Method: Pour condensed milk, coconut powder, milk and milk powder into a thick bottomed kadhai and mix well. Heat the mixture, stirring constantly, so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Once it boils, cook on a slow fire till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the kadhai (about 7 to 10 mins). Remove from fire. Divide the mixture into 2 portions.
