Ingredients:

• White bread slices as required
• 1 – Tamarind ball
• 1 – medium-sized Onion
• Salt to taste
• 1 – Ginger piece
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Clean the coriander leaves and wash them.
  2. Scrape the ginger.
  3. Grind all the ingredients together into a fine paste.
  4. Apply butter and the green paste on the bread slices and prepare the sandwiches.
  5. Trim the sides, cut the slices diagonally and serve.
