Ingredients:

• 500g – Chicken
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• 1/2 cup – bread crumbs
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
• 2 – eggs, beaten well

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken with the ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, salt, milk, garam masala powder, and pepper for 1 hour.
  2. Cook the chicken without adding water in a pan till dry.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Heat oil in another pan.
  5. Now dip the cooked chicken in the beaten egg and coat with the bread crumbs.
  6. Deep-fry the chicken pieces till golden brown.
  7. Serve.
