Ingredients:

• 1 kg – lamb Meat
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Green chilli paste
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – Lemon squeeze
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 – Onion (medium sized)
• 2-3 pinches – Turmeric powder
• 3 stems – fresh coriander
• 3 stems – Mint
• 1/4 tsp – Jeera powder (optional)
• Salt to taste
• 1/3 cup – oil

Method:

  1. Wash lamb, then cut it.
  2. Pressure cook for 2 whistles (half cook the lamb). Let it cool then grind in a grinder for a while. Let it be crushed.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan. Add crushed lamb then stir well till oil mixes in lamb.
  4. Then add all ingredients except mint, fresh coriander and lemon squeeze.
  5. Stir it and fry till brown. It takes time for it.
  6. Add coriander, mint and lemon stir. Cover it. After 2 to 3 mins, switch off the fire.
  7. Delicious crushed meat is ready to serve with roti or rice.
