Ingredients:
• 1 kg – lamb Meat
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Green chilli paste
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – Lemon squeeze
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 – Onion (medium sized)
• 2-3 pinches – Turmeric powder
• 3 stems – fresh coriander
• 3 stems – Mint
• 1/4 tsp – Jeera powder (optional)
• Salt to taste
• 1/3 cup – oil
Method:
- Wash lamb, then cut it.
- Pressure cook for 2 whistles (half cook the lamb). Let it cool then grind in a grinder for a while. Let it be crushed.
- Heat oil in a deep pan. Add crushed lamb then stir well till oil mixes in lamb.
- Then add all ingredients except mint, fresh coriander and lemon squeeze.
- Stir it and fry till brown. It takes time for it.
- Add coriander, mint and lemon stir. Cover it. After 2 to 3 mins, switch off the fire.
- Delicious crushed meat is ready to serve with roti or rice.
