Ingredients:
• 1 – Cauliflower (gobhi)
• 250 ml – Milk
• 2 tsp – Ghee
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – semolina
• cashews
• Raisins
Method:
- Cut cauliflower into florets and remove the stem portions.
- Boil till it becomes soft.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add boiled cauliflower.
- Fry till golden brown.
- Add suji and fry for 2-3 minutes more.
- Add milk, let it boil till it thickens to kheer-like consistency.
- Add cashews, raisins and sugar.
- Mix till sugar dissolves and remove from fire.
- Serve hot or cold.
