Ingredients:

• 1 – Cauliflower (gobhi)
• 250 ml – Milk
• 2 tsp – Ghee
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – semolina
• cashews
• Raisins

Method:

  1. Cut cauliflower into florets and remove the stem portions.
  2. Boil till it becomes soft.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan and add boiled cauliflower.
  4. Fry till golden brown.
  5. Add suji and fry for 2-3 minutes more.
  6. Add milk, let it boil till it thickens to kheer-like consistency.
  7. Add cashews, raisins and sugar.
  8. Mix till sugar dissolves and remove from fire.
  9. Serve hot or cold.
