Ingredients:

• Chicken – 6 breast and 6 leg pieces
• Yoghurt – 300 g
• Coriander powder – 4-5 tsp
• Cumin powder – 4-5 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 4 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 4-5 tsp
• Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tsp
• Garam Masala powder – 2 tsp
• Lemon – 1
• Salt to taste
• Onion, capsicum, Tomato – 2

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with yoghurt, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt for 6 hours in a refrigerator.
  2. Place the marinated chicken pieces on the grill of an oven.
  3. Apply oil and ensure the pieces do not stick to each other.
  4. Grill both sides golden brown at 220 degrees C for about 20 minutes.
  5. Pull out, squeeze lemon on the grilled chicken and keep aside.
  6. Now grill the onions, capsicum and tomatoes.
  7. Serve the chicken along with the grilled veggies.
