Ingredients:
• 1 tsp – dried Thyme
• 1 tsp – dried Rosemary
• 1 tsp – dried Basil
• 1 tsp – dried Mint
• 10 to 12 – black or White peppercorns
• 1/2 tsp – black salt
• 1/2 tsp – salt
Method:
- Roast peppercorns over a heated griddle on slow flame.
- Crush it finely either with a rolling pin or in a dry mixer. Add all other ingredients, grind it for 2-3 seconds.
- Remove, bottle, use it as required.
- Use it to sprinkle over cheesy dishes like cheese pastas, pizzas, cheese toasts, etc.
