Ingredients:

• 3 – Large tomatoes, chopped
• 1 – Large onion, cut lengthwise
• 4 – Green chillies, cut lengthwise
• 1 – Sprig Curry leaves
• A small bunch of chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – Oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan.
  2. Add mustard and let it splutter.
  3. Then add curry leaves, onion, green chillies, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and salt, and saute for a while.
  4. Add 1.5 cups of water and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  5. Finally, you may garnish it with more coriander leaves.
