Ingredients:

• 1 cup – dosa batter
• 2- 4 – Green chillies
• 1 – Onions
• Cooking oil

Method:

  1. Cut the onions and green chilli into very small pieces.
  2. Fry this and mix it with the dosa batter.
  3. Keep the paniyaram kallu on the stove.
  4. Pour a small tsp of oil into each hole.
  5. Pour the dosa batter into the hole with the help of a spoon.
  6. Pour oil on top of this and wait for a few mins.
  7. Turn each paniyaram so that it fries on both sides.
  8. It is done when it is golden brown
  9. Serve hot
