
Ingredients:
• 3 – large Pomfrets
• 2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – Lime juice
• 2 tsp – curds/yogurt
• 1 tsp – tandoori masala powder (available in the shops)
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Trim, clean and remove the insides of the fish. Discard the tails, then wash well.
- Mix the all the ingredients together
- Slit the fish sideways and make a few gashes on top with a knife.
- Apply the paste all over the fish and inside as well. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Place the fish in a buttered baking dish. Drizzle oil all over.
- Bake in a moderate oven(350 degrees F) for 25 – 30 minutes.
- Serve with onions rings and lemon wedges.
