
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – boneless Chicken
• 2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 2 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsp – cumin powder
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1/4 tsp – Orange food colour
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – Curd
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix the garlic paste, chilli powder, cumin powder, ginger paste, vinegar, yogurt, orange food colour, and salt together in a small bowl and then marinate the boneless chicken pieces for about one hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry few nuggets at a time till golden brown.
- Serve with lemon slices and oil rings.
