
Ingredients:
• Baby Potatoes – 500 gm.
• Garlic – 8 cloves.
• Galangal – 2 inch piece.
• pepper – 15.
• oil – 1 tsp.
• Salt to taste|
Method:
- Pressure cook, potatoes for 2 whistles.
- Peel and keep aside.
- In a wok warm the oil and add cubed garlic and galangal, saute on low heat for 2 mins.
- Add cooked potatoes and salt.
- When potatoes have become slightly brown, add ground pepper and saute on medium heat for 2 mins.
- Serve hot.
