
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – green gram sprouts
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Onions
• 1/4 cup – finely chopped Tomatoes
• 2 – Garlic Cloves
• 4 – dry chillies
• salt to taste
• oil to fry
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadai and saute the onions.
- Add the tomatoes. Crush the garlic pods and add them.
- Coarsely grind the dry chillies and add them.
- Now add the green gram sprouts and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add required amount of salt.
- Serve.
