Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken (skinless)
• 12 – Green chillies
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 2- Lemons
• 2 tsp Vinegar
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• Curry leaves
• Pudina/Mint leaves
• 3- Tomatoes (grind to puree)
• 2 – Onions
Method:
- Clean and wash chicken pieces and put in a pan.
- Slit 6 green chillies length-wise and add to the chicken. Also add lemon juice, vinegar, pepper, salt and turmeric.
- Cook the chicken until all the water evaporates and chicken becomes tender.
- Finally add tomato puree.
- Grind the remaining chillies, curry leaves and mint leaves. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in another pan, fry the onions till golden brown, add ginger-garlic paste and green masala paste to it.
- Add cooked chicken to it and cook on a low flame.
- Add garam masala and serve.
