Ingredients:

• For filling:
• |1 packet – Cream cheese
• 1/3 – cup Sugar
• 1 cup – chocolate chips
• 1 tsp – vanilla
• 1.5 cups – Raspberries
• For cake:
• 1 cup – melted margarine
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 cup – water
• 1 tsp – vanilla
• 3 cups – flour
• 3/4 cup cocoa
• 2 tsp – baking powder
• 1/4 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a tube pan.
  2. Add cream cheese with sugar and vanilla.
  3. Mix chocolate chips and set aside.
  4. Stir together the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
  5. Beat eggs gradually with sugar until the mixture is thick and pale yellow.
  6. Beat melted margarine, milk, water and vanilla.
  7. Gradually beat in the flour mixture.
  8. Spread half the batter into the pan.
  9. Drop spoons of the cream cheese filling evenly over the batter.
  10. Sprinkle raspberries over top.
  11. Cover with remaining batter.
  12. Bake at 375 degrees for about 90 minutes.
