Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – boneless Chicken (diced)
• 10 – Green chillies
• 2 sprigs – Curry leaves
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – raw cumin
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tbsp – white Vinegar
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• A little – soya sauce
• Coriander leaves
• Salt

Method:

  1. Put a wide non stick pan on the stove.
  2. Add chicken and add slit green chillies, curry leaves, whole cumin, white vinegar, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and soy sauce.
  3. Put the lid on and leave it for 15 minutes, stir occasionally.
  4. Keep stirring till all the liquid disappears. Then add oil and lower the flame and cook, stirring occasionally, till they become crispy.
  5. As you are stirring you can add more oil if you think it is sticking to the pan.
  6. When you think the chicken is crispy enough add all the other powders and coriander leaves.
  7. Mix it well for a while.
  8. Take the pan off the fire or switch off the flame.
