Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – Bajra flour
• 1/2 cup- Rice flour
• 1/2 cup – Maida
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 1/2 tsp – sesame seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Thyme seeds
• 2 tsp – crushed dry Red Chilli (paprika)
• 2 – onions, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Coriander leaves
• salt
• oil

Method:

  1. Mix and sieve all the flours together with the salt.
  2. Mildly crush cumin, coriander, and thyme seeds in between the two palms.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together except oil.
  4. Roll out into thick small rotis using a little flour for dusting.
  5. Warm a heavy griddle and shallow fry the rotis using oil on both sides till crisp.
  6. Serve with tea or coffee.
  7. It tastes good even when cold.
  8. Can pack it up for lunch with chutneys and ketchup.
