
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – Bajra flour
• 1/2 cup- Rice flour
• 1/2 cup – Maida
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 1/2 tsp – sesame seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Thyme seeds
• 2 tsp – crushed dry Red Chilli (paprika)
• 2 – onions, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Coriander leaves
• salt
• oil
Method:
- Mix and sieve all the flours together with the salt.
- Mildly crush cumin, coriander, and thyme seeds in between the two palms.
- Mix all the ingredients together except oil.
- Roll out into thick small rotis using a little flour for dusting.
- Warm a heavy griddle and shallow fry the rotis using oil on both sides till crisp.
- Serve with tea or coffee.
- It tastes good even when cold.
- Can pack it up for lunch with chutneys and ketchup.
