
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Water
• 6 – Egg, base 1
• 200 gms – Potato, base 2
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar, for grinding
• 3 flakes – Garlic, for grinding
• 1-inch – Ginger, for grinding
• 1 – Onion, for grinding
• 2 – Green chillies, for grinding
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric/Haldi, for grinding
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera/Cumin seeds, for grinding
• 4 – Dry red chillies, for grinding
• 2 tbsp – Ghee, for seasoning
• 1/2 – Onion, for seasoning
• 1 tbsp – Sugar to taste
• Vinegar to taste
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Hard boil the eggs and cut them into halves.
- Then grind the ingredients for for grinding.
- Now heat the ghee in a pan and saute the onions kept for seasoning until brown.
- Add this to the ground masala, stirring all the time.
- Then add 1 cup of hot water, salt and sugar and vinegar to it and let it boil.
- Now add the eggs and potatoes with some water.
- Let the eggs and potatoes absorb the curry.
- Serve hot with rice or chapathi.
